ZOBMONDO!! ENTERTAINMENT
INTRODUCES “THE LADYBUG GAME,” INVENTED BY SIX-YEAR-OLD
CALIFORNIA GIRL
(Santa Monica, California) – Zobmondo!! Entertainment, makers
of the “Would You Rather...?” line of games, has launched
its first game for children: “The Ladybug Game,” created
by six-year-old Kylie Copenhagen, who fell in love with ladybugs during
a school science project.
“In Mrs. Ditto’s first grade
class, I learned that ladybugs are the coolest bugs around,”
said Kylie. “Since my friends liked them too, I invented a game
about them.” The Ladybug Game is designed for interactive play
between parents and children ages three to seven. Parents are encouraged
to read a lively introductory story about the adventures of four ladybugs
– Ella Yellow, Rickie Red, Tommy Teal and Olivia Orange.
The
object of the game is to help them find their way back home (a rosebush)
after a windstorm launches them airborne and they land on a faraway
dirt pile. The first ladybug to find her way “home” is
the winner. Along the way, the ladybugs encounter various hazards
such as tall grass, praying mantis’, aphids and ants.
“I
was content in the wild world of ‘Would You Rather...?’
until I witnessed Kylie’s enthusiasm about her imaginary ladybugs,”
said Randy Horn, founder of Zobmondo!! Entertainment. “The positive
response for our adult games has been so gratifying that we set out
to develop something fun for the younger set. Kylie’s creative
idea was just the ticket.”
“The Ladybug Game” is available at at many retailers across the country. Suggested retail price is $11.95. |
